Happy Friday!!! This weeks vlog is something new, a cooking video! I know you might be thinking SNOOZE but I assure you it's not your typical cooking video. In fairness we did ask you guys via Poll if you wanted to see a cooking video and a majority of you said yes. Aside from fashion healthy and wellness is huge passion of mine. I love making healthy meals and of course some good old energy balls. Comment below and please let me know you guys like these type of videos! Recipe: All produce is organic! CAULIFLOWER PIZZA: preheat over to 375 cauliflower crust avocado smashed instead of tomato sauce brocoli artichoke sweet potato red onion kalamata olives basil italian seasoning garlic casher non diary cheese cook for 15-20 min! SUPER FOOD ENERGY BALLS: 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup raw chocolate nibs 1/2 cup of almond butter 2 tbs of honey 1 tbs of cinnamon mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix together into a ball. Place in fridge or freezer for 30 min.
